- We offer doorstep service within Bengaluru city limits.
3. Inspection and Diagnosis
- Before repair, our technician will inspect the TV and provide an estimated cost.
- If you choose not to proceed with the repair after inspection, a minimal service/inspection fee may apply.
4. Payments
- Payments must be made in full upon completion of the service.
- We accept payments through cash, UPI, or other approved methods.
- Any advance payment made is non-refundable once the service process begins.
5. Warranty
- Warranty on spare parts and service will be provided only if mentioned on the invoice.
- The warranty does not cover physical damage, water damage, power fluctuations, or issues caused by unauthorized repairs.
6. Customer Responsibilities
- The customer must ensure that the technician has safe and easy access to the TV and work area.
- The customer should provide accurate information about the TV’s issue and model.
7. Limitation of Liability
- We are not responsible for any loss of data, channels, or stored settings in the TV during repair.
- We shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from any service delay or failure.
8. Cancellation and Rescheduling
- You may cancel or reschedule your service appointment by notifying us at least 2 hours in advance.
- In case of repeated cancellations, we may refuse future service requests.
9. Privacy Policy
- We respect your privacy and protect your personal information as per our Privacy Policy.
- Your contact and device details are used only for providing and improving our services.
