At TV Service Centre Bengaluru, we strive to provide professional and reliable TV repair services to all our customers in Bengaluru. This Refund and Cancellation Policy explains how we handle cancellations, refunds, and related issues.
By booking a service with us, you agree to the terms below.
1. Service Cancellation
- You may cancel or reschedule your service appointment by contacting us at least 2 hours before the scheduled time.
- Cancellations made after the technician has been dispatched may incur a service visit charge.
- In case of repeated or last-minute cancellations, we reserve the right to deny future service requests.
2. Refund Policy
- Inspection or Visit Charges are non-refundable, as they cover the technician’s time and transportation costs.
- If you make an advance payment for repair service and later choose not to proceed after the diagnosis, only the unused portion (excluding inspection or parts cost) may be refunded at our discretion.
- No refund will be issued once the repair work has been completed or the spare part has been installed.
- Refunds, if approved, will be processed within 5–7 working days through the original payment method.
3. Replacement or Rework
- If the repaired TV develops the same issue within the warranty period, we will provide free rework as per the terms mentioned on your invoice.
- Warranty does not cover damage caused by mishandling, water, power fluctuations, or unauthorized tampering.
4. Delayed or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund after the stated period:
- Check your bank or UPI account again.
- Contact your payment provider or bank—it may take additional time before your refund is officially processed.
- If you’ve done all of this and still haven’t received your refund, please contact us directly.
